- 1 Person 15 days from 330,00 to 400,00 electricity according to consumption
- 1 Person 30 days from 550,00 to 650,00 electricity according to consumption
- 2 Persons 7 gg from 250,00 to 300,00 all-inclusive
- 2 Persons 15 days from 370,00 to 450,00 electricity according to consumption
- 2 Persons 30 days from 620,00 to 750,00 electricity according to consumption
No deposit necessary for 1-week stays. € 200,00 deposit for 2-weeks stays. € 500,00 deposit for 4-weeks or longer stays.
The deposit will be returned on departure, unless in case of damages caused by the customer.
If you are staying longer than 30 days, you will need to sign a rent contract according to Italian laws. The registration cost of the contract is to be paid by the customer. No penalties for early termination of contract.
